The building in Hauz Khaz collapsed around 9 am, fire brigade officials said. Two persons, believed to be labourers, were injured in the incident and were rushed to a local hospital.
The cause of the collapse was not immediately known and efforts are on to ascertain whether any one is trapped in the debris.
