Lara Dutta headed for Hollywood?

Lara Dutta Though she hasn't debuted in Hindi cinema yet, ex-Ms Universe Lara Dutta is off to seek her fortune in Hollywood.

The beauty hopes to make her mark with international projects and we hear she's even taking acting lessons from actress Drew Barrymore's mother, Jane Barrymore.

More awards for K3G

Kajol Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham has won five awards, including Best Film and Best Actress, at the 13th Valenciennes International Film Festival in France, that concluded on March 24.

The film also won the Special Jury Award, the Audience Jury Award, the Student Jury Award and the Best Actress award for its heroine Kajol.

Ten films from different countries participated in the competition section. Producer Yash Johar received the awards at the presentation ceremony at Valenciennes on March 24.

Sushmita to perform at IIFA awards

Sushmita Sen

Sushmita Sen will dazzle audiences with her version of the Moulin Rouge hit Diamonds are a girl's best friendchoreographed by Shiamak Davar at the forthcoming IIFA film awards festival in Malaysia.

Among the other performers are Australian girl band Bardot. The music of Sanjay Gupta's Kaante will also be released at the function.

Tribute to Ray

Satyajit Ray's entire body of 35 films will be screened in Washington, and the Library of Congress, the National Geographic Society and American University as part of a tribute to the legendary filmmaker.

Some films will be also screened at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Satyajit Ray was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Oscar Award in 1992.
