ODIs at Chester-le-Street

Address: County Ground, Riverside, Chester-le-street, Co Durham, DH3 3QR.
Telephone: 0191-387-1717/Fax 0191-387-1616
Capacity: 5000 (17000 for internationals)
Home Team: Durham.

Scotland has been based in this ground, the northernmost one in all England. For cricket buffs, Durham, whose home ground it is, brings memories of Brian Lara's record-breaking innings of 501, scored against that attack. But the stadium, is worth a check out -- recently modernised, it is one of the most impressive grounds in England.

Chester-le-Street has hosted just four one-day internationals.
